Called in for a air tank drain valve leak/replacement job on my truck roughly 4-5 miles away from his shop. I even had a new valve on hand but was unable to do that by myself due to my back pain. Agreed to settle the charge for on call + 1 hour labour charge cash basis because it was just simple replacement job. On his arrival, he suddenly changed his word and asked for min. 2 hour charge because of cold temperature (27 degrees) w/ snow covered ground or threatened to leave. NOT professional attitude and a lack of mutual respects. Shameful to have to do business with this guy in this industry.

We’ve been working with this shop for years and have no plans to switch. Andy knows the trucking industry inside and out. Pricing is always fair and transparent — no padded labor hours, no surprise charges. He’s easy to reach, gives solid advice, and clearly cares about long-term relationships, not quick profit. Highly recommend!
